The outbreak of informal sector workers is a common phenomenon that occurs in the cities of the developing world as a series of processes of urbanization. Although the informal sector can be a safety valve due to the scarcity of jobs, their presence is often received in the form of restrictions on business space and capital of the city’s government that can lead to the potential emergence of political action as often happens in Latin America and Africa. |
